About

Kazue (car-zoo-A) is a native eastern Japanese, born in Kawaguchi City, Saitama and spent most of her student and working time in central Tokyo.

After graduating from Sophia University, she worked as a marketing specialist in an ad planning company, a leading toy manufacturer in Japan and global IT companies. After obtaining an MBA and MSc, she joined an NGO specializing in environmental education, where she got involved in various global projects including governmental meetings and study programs (including field trips) for youths and specialists.

Currently, Kazue is self-employed and offers hearty international services including translation, guiding and environmental education with fully utilizing her expertise and experience. Technically, she’s a licensed guide interpreter (national qualification required to conduct guiding services in a foreign language in Japan) to serve as a guide, and able to use Trados Studio as a translator.

Budgie – living with a kawaii, mischievous budgie!

Shamisen – loves playing shamisen, especially edo-hauta (traditional songs of old Tokyo)

Japanese cuisine – loves making miso soup and trying new wagashi (Japanese sweets)
